All four players to hit the tee shot. Choose one and other three players pick up their ball.
All 2nd shots played from position of nominated drive. Continues for each shot until hole is complete.
Balls lying on fairways or closely mown areas maybe placed within 6 inches, not nearer the hole.
Balls in semi-rough, primary rough & bunkers must be dropped from knee height.
Each player is required to have a minimum of 4 drives and one must be a par 3
As we only have three par 3's, the 18th hole will be counted as the fourth!
Once one player has used their par 3 tee shot they don't need to tee off on the others or 18th
The player who has not used a tee shot on any of the par 3's is the only person to tee off at the 18th!
Men play from White tees, Ladies from Red.
Teams to receive a team handicap based on a descending percentage standard - 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% from lowest Course Handicap to highest. The computer will work this out for you.
n.b. A maximum combined team handicap allowance of 8.6 has been adopted by the event organisers. Irrespective of Playing Handicap, you are welcome to enter a team but your team handicap will be capped at 8.6
Teams may choose to enter an optional team 2 sweep on the day by paying an additional £10 per team.
The team with the lowest gross total over all three par 3's and the 18th will receive 1 dozen premium golf balls!
N.B. Should travel restrictions still exist in September and prevent the winning team from travelling to Kendal for the National Final, you will automatically be entered into the 2022 Final and be in with a chance of going to Augusta 2023.
